Game Overview

Among Us is a browser-based multiplayer party game where every match revolves around trust, teamwork, and suspicion. Players share the same map, but they don't all have the same objective. Crewmates work together to finish tasks, while Impostors quietly create chaos without exposing themselves. A single discussion can change the outcome of the game, even when the evidence is unclear. The platform focuses on accessibility and performance, making it easy to enjoy smooth browser gameplay with friends or other online players.

How the Game Works

Core Gameplay

At the start of each round, every player receives a hidden role. Crewmates move around the map, complete tasks, and watch for anything unusual. Impostors try to look like everyone else while waiting for the right chance to attack. When a body is found, the game pauses for a meeting. This is where players share what they saw, ask questions, and vote. Sometimes the crew makes the right decision. Sometimes they don't. That's why no two matches feel exactly the same, even on the same map.

Control Guide

  • W / A / S / D or Arrow Keys – Move your character.
  • Mouse – Interact with tasks and menus.
  • Use – Complete tasks or activate nearby objects.
  • Report – Report a discovered body.
  • Kill – Eliminate a Crewmate as the Impostor.
  • Vent – Travel through vents as the Impostor.
  • Map – Open the task map.
  • Settings – Change game options.

Helpful Tips

Stay Observant

Don't spend the whole match looking at your task list. Watch how other players move around the map. Someone leaving a room at the wrong time or avoiding busy areas can tell you much more than a completed task. Small details often become the biggest clues during meetings.

Speak With a Clear Reason

Meetings move quickly, so try to explain what you actually saw instead of guessing. If you're a Crewmate, sharing clear information helps everyone. If you're the Impostor, staying calm usually works better than talking too much. A simple story is often more believable than a complicated one.
